Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return & Refund

At VU.TV, we want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and exchanges for items in all conditions, including used items.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • The timeframe for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  • Customers must use a shipping method that includes tracking when returning or exchanging items. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
  • Please note: Do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • We do not charge any fees for returns or exchanges. All refunds will be issued in full, excluding the shipping cost.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate your return/exchange. Contact us via email at service@vu.tv with your order number. Our customer service representative will determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges, and then issue an “Authorization for Return or Exchange” to you.

Step 2: Send the product back. Once our customer service has approved your request and provided you with our return/exchange address, please initiate the return/exchange within 3 business days as per our instructions. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and signature upon delivery to confirm receipt. If the item to be returned/exchanged doesn’t have a tracking number, and the item is lost by the carrier, the customer will bear the loss, and no refund will be issued.

Step 3: Refund or exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed your return. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. We promise that the refund will be issued in full.
