Answer: We take pride in our manufacturing process and stand firmly behind each step. Our manufacturers strive to ensure they produce high-quality jewelry. All our jewelry is made with high-quality materials and inspected multiple times during the manufacturing process and before shipping.

Question: Can I purchase multiple items for comparison and then return the ones I do not like?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. In order to maintain the high quality of our jewelry and keep our prices competitive, we do not allow the purchase of multiple items for comparison and then returning the rest.

Packaging & Shipping

Question: Is the packaging discreet? Does the packaging include any logos or order information?

Answer: Our packaging is designed with your privacy and gifting needs in mind. It includes a beautiful jewelry gift box and a carry bag, but does not include any logos or order information. This way, you can have it shipped directly as a gift to your loved one.

Question: How much is the shipping cost?

Question: How can I track my order or delivery status?

Returns & Exchanges

Answer: We want you to shop with comfort and confidence at VU.TV, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
